EQD ATG 2017 Day 12: Sweet Celestia Help Me

Alrighty, so I submitted a rough sketch version of this last night for the ATG, but I wasn't able to finish it in time.
Basically, I've been sick of not being able to freaking finish anything I draw, so even though the internet was disabled, I refused to sleep until I finished this.
It's been a hectic day, well, hectic week really. Honestly my life on average has just been hectic lately. Not the point though.
ANYWAYS, I was trying to say I was really busy all of today and just barely got the chance to submit the finished version.
I am FAR happier with this one than with the sketch I submitted before. I hope you guys like it too. It feels nice actually getting one done for once.
Aaaaand I really need to start drawing today's prompt _{which i most assuredly am not going to have time to finish either}
The prompt was Draw a pony chasing their dreams / Draw a pony reaching for a goal.
One of Neon's goals is to FINALLY get his cutie mark, which for some reason he still doesn't have even being a fully grown adult.
Here he is, driven to his knees, begging for Celestia's help. Will she have mercy on his poor soul? By the annoyed look on her face, I'd guess that this isn't the first time this has happened.
